Gili Gede Harbor is the primary entry point for visitors arriving by boat. The harbor is perfectly situated on the western side of Gili Gede, ensuring easy access from Lombok’s mainland as well as nearby islands.

Local boats (perahu) run frequently from Lembar Port or Tembowong Port on Lombok, and private charters are readily available. Fast boats from Bali also make the trip to Lombok, allowing for a seamless transfer to Gili Gede.

The port provides essential amenities for travelers, including a waiting area. While it may not boast the extensive services of larger ports, it effectively meets the needs of incoming visitors.

The harbor area offers breathtaking views of the surrounding waters and nearby islands, enhancing your arrival experience. Right from the port, you are immersed in the laid-back atmosphere of the island, with local fishermen and boat operators adding to its unique charm.
