What is fast boat?
Fast boat in this area refers to a medium size, fiber made vessel with capacity of 30 – 90 seats, powered by 800 – 2000 HP engines. There is also upper deck where people can sit while enjoying the outdoor scenes and wind instead of sitting on the cushion at lower deck, and also a toilet.
Fast boat runs at about 30 knots, giving the transfer time between Bali and Gili/Lombok around 1 hr 15 minutes (fast run, normal condition, via Padangbai harbor) or 2 hours (fast run, normal condition, via Sanur or Serangan harbor).
Which boats go to Gili Meno?
No fast boat goes directly to Gili Meno. All fast boats stop at Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok. This is because the beach on Gili Meno is a bit shallow that fast boat cannot landed there, and due to lack of visitor amount to Gili Meno.
To reach Gili Meno by fast boat, passengers should be transferred by a small hopping boat (either public boat or charter boat) once the fast boat landed.
If you want to go to Gili Meno, please inform us so we can arrange the complete transfer for you (not applicable for hopping by public boat, as the only way to get the public boat is by purchasing ticket on location).
Which are the most suitable boat and harbor for me?
It depends on where your hotel location in Bali is and what is your trip preference. If you are staying in South or West Bali then Serangan harbor (Bluewater Express) or Sanur harbor ( Scoot Fast Boat) are the closest land distance, but longer sea trip (about 2 hours 30 minutes). If you are staying in Ubud or South East Bali then departing from Padangbai ( Wahana Gili Ocean, Eka Jaya, Seatech Fast Boat) has closer overland distance and also shorter sea trip (about 1 hour 30 minutes). If you stay in Amed you the most suitable is departing from Amed beach (Kuda Hitam Express). If you only want to go to Nusa Lembongan then your chance is only departing from Sanur harbor (Scoot Fast Boat).
How to get to the harbor from my hotel?
We provide shuttle service to transfer you between the hotel and the harbor. This shuttle is free for certain areas, or with additional charge if out of coverage areas.
Do you offer airport transfer?
We offer the transfer between the airport and fast boat harbor. The airport transfer may free or require additional fee based on the arrival / departure schedule. We will inform you immediately if there any additional fees.

How to reach Gili Island from Bali by flight?
Take a domestic flight from Bali airport (Ngurah Rai airport in Kuta, Code: DPS) to Lombok airport (Bandara Internasional Lombok in Praya. Code: LOP). Then take an overland shuttle from Lombok airport to Teluk Nara jetty (if you want to use a charter boat) or Bangsal harbor (if you want to use public boat). Then take a boat trip to Gili island.

We do this check on normal work hours (05.00 AM – 10.00 PM local time), so if you make the reservation during off hours you may receive the ticket in the next few hours.

We will manually check your reservation to make sure your trip will be good (we review your hotel location and flight time if any). If everything is good we normally send the ticket in less than a minute. Please understand we currently work on local normal working hours. If you make the reservation during off hours we may send the ticket on daytime. Our working hours is 05.00 AM – 10.00 PM. Our time zone is GMT+8.

The cancellation until 2 weeks prior to departure will no charge. Between 2 weeks and 1 week prior to departure, 50% of the ticket amount will be charged. Between 1 week to 48 hours prior to departure, 75% of the ticket amount will be charged. 48 hours prior to departure or no show full amount charge.

Is there any other fee for fast boat reservation?
Additional fee may occur for overland shuttle service between your hotel and the harbor, if your hotel location is out of free shuttle area. We will announce this fee in advance before issuing the e-ticket. If you disagree with the fee, we will make a full refund your money without any charge (except required fees issued by payment processor to make the refund).

No. Unless you request any additional services, or unless the hotel terms specify otherwise.
Does the credit card holder have to be present at check in?
For ground shuttle or fast boat service, no.
For hotel reservation, please refer to each hotel terms. If you made the payment by credit card through Paypal, it would be unnecessary.
What currency to use to make a reservation?
Our prices are based on Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you request an invoice in other currency, we will calculate it based on IDR price.
For hotel booking, the price would be based on each hotel terms.
We use Paypal for accepting payment online. Paypal applies lower currency exchange with about 2.5% - 3% lower margin compared with standard exchange rate. Simply said, our price would be 2.5% - 3% higher if it is converted into another currency than Indonesian Rupiah.

Why do the prices differ from the last time I checked the website?
For hotel booking or flight booking: it is related to company’s pricing policy to keep their rates on the best shot.
For our fast boat fare: Our price is quite stable and is rarely changed, but we use the currency exchange live feed from third party which may changes several times a day.

Can I change the dates of my transfer?
You can (and have to) change your flight dates directly to the airline. If you are not able to do so (e.g. you are still in overseas) we can help you to handle this with additional fee.
For the shuttle service, please inform us the dates change at least 3 (three) days prior to depart. Changing the dates within three days may cause any penalty fee.
Can I cancel my trip?
You can (and have to) cancel your flight trip directly to the airline. If you are not able to do so (e.g. you are still in overseas) we can help you to handle this with additional fee.

For the shuttle service, cancellation within 7 – 3 days prior to departure will be charged 25% of the transfer fare. Cancellation within 48-24 hours prior to departure will be charged 50% of the transfer fare. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure will be marked as no-show and is charged 100% of transfer fare.
