    Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email that includes a link to your ticket(s). If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not received the ticket 1 hour after your booking.

    There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at 24 hours prior the activities start time.
    • Cancelation less than 24 hours or no show, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • We not received any changes made less than 12 hours before the experience (tnc may applies).
